> What. Just. Happened?
> We're all reeling from the Attorney General's boil-down of the Mueller Report. It's a low Barr, but we're having trouble getting over it. But remember what we already know: Trump absolutely DID collude with Russia to swing the election, and he DID obstruct justice in the investigation of that collusion. We saw it with our own eyes.
>
> Look up "collude" and it says, "to cooperate in a secret or unlawful way in order to deceive or gain an advantage over others." Next to that there's a picture of Trump in Helsinki. Mueller found that this collusion didn't rise to the level of criminal conspiracy, but we know Trump encouraged, received, benefited from and rewarded Russia's attempts to swing the election in his favor.
>
> In the last newsletter, I ran a poll whether you think Baby Huey will finish his first term. There were lots of votes and many well-thought-out responses, and the "No's" squeaked out a victory. Prior to this weekend, Melanie and I would have voted "No" too. But now it seems clear there will be no Mueller ex machina. We'll have to VOTE Trump out. We must be the agents of our own destiny -- and that's good news, isn't it? I'm ready for the fight, are you?
>
> As my way of providing encouragement and good cheer for the looming battles, I'm putting my newest album RiZe Up on sale just for you, my mailing list ReZisters. RiZe Up is even more relevant now than when we released it last year: it's the soundtrack for your resistance.

> In the last newsletter, I mentioned that Melanie and I were training to complete a Half Marathon in support of cancer survivors. Not to belabor the metaphor, but we embraced the joy of working for a better world with a community of fellow strugglers, we were in it for the long haul, and we did it! Here we are coming in - second to last! - with our son Joe.
