Trump's recently hand picked political appointee Barr as AG should not be
trusted to provide a full unbiased account of Muller's report given Barr's
previous statements as reported by the Wall Street Journal 12-2018:

Yet the four page summery (of the 400 page report) offered by Barr has been
assumed by many in the Trump media echo chamber to be a total ethical
