No one was home at the time of the fire and there were no injuries to tenants or responding personnel.

The fire was confined to one apartment on the 2nd floor and resulted in heavy damage to the kitchen area with additional smoke and heat damage throughout the apartment. The  apartment directly below the unit suffered light water damage and all other units had some smoke in the apartments.
