> October 10, 2018 (Moscow, Idaho) —  City of Moscow Public Safety personnel were notified by Gritman Medical Center this afternoon that the hospital had received a threat by phone of a potentially hazardous device at the facility. Moscow Police, Fire and Moscow Volunteer Fire Department personnel have responded and are working to secure the scene.  Moscow  Police are actively investigating the source of the threat with assistance from Gritman staff.  Additional information will be shared as it becomes available.
