[Vision2020] Anger management

Some years ago, I was crossing the street on my bicycle coming from the Co-Op with a load of groceries on my carrier. There was a serious accident 3/4 of a block away. I crossed the street, and yes I was wrong to not use the crosswalk, but there was no traffic and I was careful. A Moscow police officer ran after me yelling for me to halt. He got in my face yelling and bellowing about the accident. I told him I had nothing to do with it as I was crossing after the accident happened. He continued to harass me, getting close and being threatening. I told him I was leaving and did. I am glad I didn't respond to his threats. The officers name: Dan Foreman.
