[Vision2020] Otter lets ‘stand your ground’ law take effect, though he says it would OK shooting mischievous kids

Gov. Butch Otter explained his concerns about Idaho’s new “stand your ground” law in a letter. He allowed the bill, SB 1313, to become law without his signature, so it will take effect on July 1.
