I have the perfect traffic calming devise for Third Street - former City Councilman Walter Steed's bench. Preferably with Walter sitting on it.

Wait, he won't be here.

But thanks to the mayor of Moscow and his council supporters, you and I can have a seat on the Steed bench and enjoy our view of Walter's parting gift to our community.
