As the resident idiot, I am skeptical. After all, the originator of this
thread along with
many others have shrilly screamed for uncompensated confiscation of a
myriad of
cosmetically scary firearms.

I assume that you believe that the current gun restrictions are "smart" but
they prove ineffective. Why should I believe that more would be any better?

Here's a question for you. Once you've managed to put in place the most
draconian
gun laws that smart people such as yourself can concoct and they deliver no
better
results then the laws previously enacted, how long before millions of law
abiding gun
owners get their second amendment rights returned?
