Does the name “Heather Owen” mean anything to any of you fine people?

She played basketball for Moscow High School back in 1993 (if that fact rattles any memories).

I ask because I will be receiving a press photo (from the September 29, 1993 edition of the Spokesman-Review) in the next few days.

I would like to pass it on to her (or her family) if she is still here in Moscow (the one in Idaho).  If that isn’t possible, I’ll donate it to Moscow High School.
