“Marker Notes History

Ida Glenn and Robert Callison, University of Idaho students from Kendrick, admire the newest historical marker, located on U.S. Highway 95 just north of Moscow city limits. The sign points out that the university, like the highway, links Northern and Southern Idaho. Established Jan. 30, 1889, the land-grant institution opened in the fall of 1892 and now has eight colleges and a graduate school.”
