Letter: Dust off the studies

Circumstance clearly says no vehicular bridge at the end of Third Street. No sound argument has been made for this bridge while many have been made in opposition.

That's not all. The people of Moscow have said in survey after survey that they do not want the bridge. If the City Council doubts this, it should have the mayor dust off the numerous studies on the city manager's bookshelf and take a look.
