Why wouldn’t they be paying rent?

The UI charges the Moscow School District rent for graduation.  I’m pretty sure they charge rent for any other use of the dome.   MHS likely charges for plays by the Missoula Theater bunch.

Prove they’re not charging rent to whatever church is holding services.
