On Saturday morning (October 16, 2010) the secure feeling of "community" and "neighborhood" was threatened in Moscow, Idaho . . . OUR town . . . by nothing more than a postcard.

It should be further mentioned that Moscow Cares maintains funds set aside which will be awarded to individual(s) for information, provided to local authorities, leading to the arrest of the perpetrator of this crime.

FYI:  The most recent information regarding “Postcard-Gate” was provided by Councilman Walter Steed who, in December 2010, stated that this was under investigation by the FBI and that they (the FBI) would be releasing their findings once the investigation has concluded.

Hmmm.
