Assault and Weapons Violations Arrests
 
PULLMAN – Early this morning, at about 2:20 am, officers drove up on a fight breaking up in the 500 block of Colorado Street. Investigation revealed that three subjects had exited their vehicle and assaulted four male pedestrians. Further investigation revealed that two occupants of the car had pointed a rifle at other pedestrians in the Greek Row area prior to the fight. The victims, three Moscow residents and one Pullman resident, received only minor injuries. A search warrant for the suspect vehicle is pending, and the rifle, which was described as resembling an AR15 type weapon, is believed to be in the vehicle.
 
Arrested were:
 
Bryan Williams, 20 year old male, Pullman resident; arrested for: assault II (felony), felony harassment, illegal possession of weapon apparently capable of producing bodily harm (misdemeanor), and Assault IV (misdemeanor). Booked and transported to Whitman County Jail.
 
Marquise Leonard, 21 year old male, Pullman resident; arrested for: assault II (felony), felony harassment, illegal possession of weapon apparently capable of producing bodily harm (misdemeanor), and Assault IV (misdemeanor). Booked and transported to Whitman County Jail.
 
Everett Davis, 20 year old male, resident of Mineral, WA; arrested for assault IV (misdemeanor). Booked and released.
