"What is a Jury of Your Peers?" was the topic of a panel discussion at the League of Women Voters, Moscow program today in the Fiske Room of the 1912 Center.
The panelists included: Bill Thompson, Latah County prosecutor; D. Ray Barker, a Moscow defense attorney; and Henrianne Westberg, Latah County clerk/auditor.
The presentation included . . . who is called for jury duty . . . the selection process . . . duties of jurors . . . and why some people are dismissed from serving on a jury.
