And, to make matters worse, a message I sent without encoding errors
returns from the ISP with random, extraneous, character coding errors.
Not fun at all.
FSR Tech Support, what's up with the umlauted i, the inverted question
mark, and the one-half character peppered throughout this reply from FSR
servers to the List?
