[Vision2020] Earthquake?

Interesting! Having lived a decent chunk of my life in CA, I’m rather earthquake sensitive, but we didn’t feel it at all at our house (single story), and I had some feather-weight stuff precariously perched on the countertop drying – nothing toppled. Our daughter (lives in Seattle) called at 11:41 PM to make sure we were alright because she’d already heard about it. Color me surprised . . . and disappointed to have missed out on the fun.

Anyone else feel their house move just a few minutes ago?

Absolutely, yes, between 11:32 and 11:33 PM, with an aftershock at 11:37:22 PM. Its magnitude was great enough to sway this second-floor apartment, and to crack the concrete walkway outside the front door.

Check your houses, buildings, and other facilities for damage, structural and otherwise.

The mountain range forming the continental divide is not quiescent.
