An upstander is someone who stands up and speaks out when they witness harassment, bullying, or intimidation being done to another. 
Learn how to safely become an upstander at our community training. Representatives from Moscow Police and Emergency Department will be onsite. Presentation by Alternatives to Violence on the Palouse.  Child care is provided.
