[Vision2020] Making the Palouse proud . . .

Common sight here in Georgia......allowed on number plates......sickening.
Recall---several years ago the then-Moscow Chamber Director displayed 
this flag in his office and someone informed the Human Rights 
Commission.  He was called to explain....he did, apologized, and the 
flag was removed.
