[Vision2020] Organize Against the Trump Presidency

The following effort to stop the electoral collage "electing" Trump is not
the main point of this effort, it seems to me.  The main point is to
organize and stay motivated to oppose the disastrous consequences upcoming
in the Trump presidency.  And to continue to oppose the egregious behavior
Trump exhibited in his campaign, which should never be forgotten, and
should never have resulted in him or anyone being elected president.
Absolutely unacceptable!

We need your help this weekend.

We've been working 24/7 to respond to the overwhelming response of support
from all over the country! Thousands of people have offered time, skills,
ideas and words of love for our unprecedented petition.

Today, I want to let you know about three things:

First, we had an overwhelming response to the website launch! Literally
overwhelming ... you crashed the site! Now we've upgraded our servers and
should be good from here out (and please let us know if you have any other

Second, I just published a piece on Medium discussing the unprecedented
nature of our petition, and the unprecedented danger of Donald Trump.

Third, I want to tell you about our strategy going forward. We've been
connecting with passionate organizers and supporters all over the country
and are working to amplify everyone's efforts, and will be coordinating
national outreach to Electors in the near future.

This weekend, we are focusing on getting as many people as possible to sign
the petition ... and we need your help!

Many people still don’t know about our petition. As millions of Americans
go out into the streets this weekend to protest Trump and what he stands
for, we are asking you to ask your friends, family, and even strangers on
the street, to SIGN AND SHARE the petition!
