Depends on what you mean.  Since doubt 1996, the highest % any
presidential candidate has gotten in Idaho  is 36%.  That was Obama in
2008 and that was not a predictor of national results.

In 2000, George Bush shocked us and turnout for him swamped many
legislative candidates, that seemed a lot like this year.
