Idaho Senate Bill 1389 (Permit-less Concealed Carry) has advanced to the House floor after discussion and debate before the House State Affairs Committee on Thursday. The committee voted 13-4 (Rep. Paulette Jordan voted "Nay") in favor of the bill.
