[Vision2020] Social Services seeks extra funding in wake of Sojourners' troubles

Moscow Cares stopped by the City Hall admin office yesterday and made a donation of fifty cents to the Airport Improvement Grant (just ask Judi Davis), an activity costing the city over two million dollars.
This donation is, apparently, a billion times the donation of the city to Sojourners . . . plus fifty cents.
