It was council members who brought up finding some sort of funding for Sojurners and requested the report.  Mr. Bonnar reported that they had raised enough funds for the moment to get past the "emergency" situation they were in.  Didn't mean they were out of the woods, but there was breathing room, and time for council to come up with a plan, should they choose to.  You presume too much.

As for the cell phone stipend, the former mayor asked for that because she was using her phone for a lot of city business, and it was cheaper than getting a city phone for her. Some council members also took the stipend. I didn't. 

Again, you presume too much.

And, speaking of the Side Bar, I'm sure gonna miss those French fries . . .
