One million dollars just to the top 20. I guess the NRA collected this amount through its $40 membership fee. Not.

The writers of the 2nd Amendment had no intention of arming individuals to the teeth with WMD.
In United States v. Cruikshank (1876), the Supreme Court of the United States ruled that, "The right to bear arms is not granted by the Constitution; neither is it in any manner dependent upon that instrument for its existence" and limited the applicability of the Second Amendment to the federal government.[9] In United States v. Miller (1939), the Supreme Court ruled that the federal government and the states could limit any weapon types not having a "reasonable relationship to the preservation or efficiency of a well regulated militia."[But of course the weapons industry and its NRA mouthpiece wants us to believe that without WMD we should be scared little children. And really that is how I see the gun toting population. Scared little children.

None of the anti second amendment laws currently before congress would have
done a thing to prevent the tragedy in Orlando.

I would suggest that the legislators listed be called and thanked for their
steadfast support for the second amendment and encouraged to stand firm in
the face of the dreaded 'do something disease' that inevitably (and
cynically) sweeps the nation at times such as these.
