[Vision2020] Did Google Manipulate Search for Hillary?

Of course it's unproven at this time.  There has not yet been enough 
time to do an examination of whether or not Google operated in the 
manner suggested two days ago.  Slapping up a Snopes.com page saying the 
evidence suggests something that is unproven (yet) is true (now), but 
whether it will continue to be true remains to be seen.
