Hey all!  A few items this time.  This weeks schedule is below.  But
first-we could use your help!
Let me know if you are interested in either:
1.  Board member Sharlisa is doing an LRC table at the Wellness Fair at
the fairgrounds I think on Feb 18. Email me and I'll put you into contact
with her.
2.  We are doing a fundraising breakfast on April 12, 7am.  If you are
interested in being a table captain let me know! Email

·         Adult Children of Alcoholics Women’s Meeting, Sundays, 6-7:30pm

·         Positive Affirmations, Mondays at 1:10-2pm

·         Volunteer Orientation, Wednesdays 2-3pm or by appt.

·         Public Speaking Club, Wednesdays at 6:30am

·         Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga, Thursdays, 1:10-2pm

·         Narcotics Anonymous, Fridays, 10-11am

·         Movie and Game Night-When Harry Met Sally, Fridays

·         Mental Health Information and Referral every Saturdays 3-5pm

·         Internet/Social Media Safety “Do you really know who you are
talking to?” 2/9/16, 2-3pm
