Man arrested for streaking
 
Police arrested a 19-year-old man on suspicion of indecent exposure after he was allegedly spotted running along Idaho Avenue and Elm Street while wearing only shoes around 3 a.m. Saturday.

Police also issued the man a citation for minor in possession of alcohol.

On the plus side, it didn't appear that he was carrying a concealed weapon.
