AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 3, TITLE 10, OF THE MOSCOW CITY CODE

Dave Cameron, Chief of Police, reviewed the proposed ordinance.

Councilman Bode moved, seconded by Councilman Tragesser to adopt Ordinance No. 84-18 under suspension of the rules requiring three separate and complete readings and that it be read by title only. Roll call vote: AYES: Townsend, Cunningham, Tragesser, Voxman, and Bode. NAYS: none. The motion carried unanimously.

Mayor Hager read Ordinance No. 84-18 by title only.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF IDAHO, PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 3, TITLE 10, OF THE REVISED CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW; PROVIDING THAT IT SHALL BE UNLAWFUL FOR A PERSON TO CARRY A CON­CEALED WEAPON ON OR ABOUT HIS PERSON; PROVIDING FOR THE PROHIBITION OF DIS­ CHARGE OF WEAPONS WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY; PROVIDING DEFINITIONS; PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PROVISIONS THEREOF IN CONFLICT WITH THIS ORDINANCE BE REPEALED; PROVIDING FOR THIS ORDINANCE TO BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT FROM AND AFTER ITS PASSAGE, APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION ACCORDING TO LAW.
