Proposal for Special Use Permit at 608 Hathaway Street and 2289 White Avenue

Permit Application LUP2015-0016

A public hearing at which you may be present and speak will be conducted before the Board of Adjustment of the City of Moscow at which time the following proposal will be considered:

A Special Use Permit application for two public service and utility facilities - one at 608 Hathaway street within the Moderate Density Single Family Residential (R-2) Zone and one at 2289 White Avenue within the Medium Density Residential (R-3) Zone - per Moscow City Code 4-2-6(E) - and 4-2-7(E).

HEARING DATE: Thursday - September 24 - 2015

HEARING LOCATION: Council Chambers on the Second Floor of Moscow City Hall - 206 East Third Street - Moscow - Idaho
