[Vision2020] Mayor Bill Lambert at Parade

When your regular, and oft used, moniker for those you do not know is "Mr.
So and So," yes.
You can't try to claim there is any attempt at politeness in addressing the
Mayor as Billy.
Respect the office, if not the man himself.
