[Vision2020] Mayor Bill Lambert at Parade

Also, I believe it is the tradition that the mayor of Moscow rides the street sweeper. I would have to dig it up, but I do have a photo of Nancy Chaney in the street sweeper at a previous parade. 

He's keeping tradition, and good for him!
