[Vision2020] A question concerning Saturday's UI Homecoming Parade . . .

What is up with the "Billy??" Is it *really* necessary to  show disrespect
to Mayor Lambert?

Maybe there was a death in the family.. or a commitment (wedding, birth...
whatever!) which required him to be there, other than here?
