Moscow Farmers Market – Activities for October 31st

October 26, 2015 (Moscow, Idaho) – All good things must come to an end. Join us Saturday, October 31st for the last Moscow Farmers Market of the 2015 season on Main Street and in Friendship Square in Downtown Moscow! The Market runs from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. May through October and features live music, fresh local produce, delicious homemade baked goods, specialty food items, healthy nursery plants, beautiful flowers, and quality handmade crafts.

Music: Live music at Friendship Square will be provided by UI Trombone Ensemble/UI Trumpet Ensemble at 9:30 a.m. followed by Soulstice at 11:00 a.m.

Special Events: Keep the Beat Moscow will be offering CPR training from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. by the City Tent (next to the clock in Friendship Square). Help celebrate Halloween! Market patrons are encourage to dress in a costume of their choosing. Participating Market Vendors will be handing out treats. Also, the City of Moscow will offer a pumpkin decorating station by the City Tent (next to the clock in Friendship Square) from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Pumpkins are limited. Patrons are welcome to bring their own pumpkin for decorating.

Vendor of the Week: Sisters Cookies Company from Moscow, ID. Product highlights include: cookies, lemonade, and more. Sisters Cookies Company has been a vendor in the Moscow Farmers Market for 5 years.

Shop the Market: Area families can use EBT or SNAP benefits. Visit the Shop the Market booth at the City Tent, by the clock in Friendship Square, to receive “Market Money” which vendors will accept for approved purchases.


Please remember that no animals, except for ADA service dogs, are allowed at the Moscow Farmers Market.
