[Vision2020] Kudos to Avista!

I'd be remiss if I didn't share this with gratitude for our wonderful Avista
folks!  I can't say as I'm a fan of their new online outage map interface,
but as always, when there are power outages, these men and women continue to
accomplish the formidable astonishingly quickly - in spite of the extremely
dangerous winds that visited the Palouse yesterday, our power was restored
within about three hours.  Thanks, Avista!
