Analysis of End-of-Session Tax Proposal
There has been a proposal to make complex changes to Idaho’s sales, personal income, gas & diesel and grocery taxes. Our analysis indicates that this will, on average, result in tax increases for most Idahoans, while Idahoans in top tax brackets will, on average, receive significant tax cuts.
