Exactly when did  a TV talking head panel replace a the supreme court  as
the arbiter of the constitution​? I know this is going to come as a shock
to you but, Rachel Maddow is not the font from which all knowledge flows.

By the way, Cruz has renounced his Canadian citizenship.
