This item is to be tabled again by the Admin Committee on March 23, 2015.

During the course of discussion of this item, a representative of the UI campus LDS church indicated that if the city chose not to enforce city code, they (the LDS Church on the UI campus) would pursue litigation.

A rather interesting response to the LDS rep's statement is provided by Councilman Wayne Krauss at (or about) the 19-minute mark of Part 2 at the above link.
