I am puttin' together a video that, in my (our) opinion(s), reflects the spirit of our city council . . . in a humorous fashion.

What I need, and would seriously appreciate, from you fine people . . . are recommendations of sound bites (maybe from one of your favorite TV character) . . . or a clip from a song you feel to be appropriate.  These audio clips will accompany individual photos of each city council member and the mayor.
