Brief: Two cited for shooting fireworks off Perch roofPolice cited two individuals around 4:30 a.m. Sunday morning after the men were allegedly found shooting fireworks off the roof of The Perch near the University of Idaho campus.Moscow Police Chief David Duke said the men, ages 23 and 25, had both been warned for fireworks use on the Fourth of July.
