[Vision2020] 3 people shot in two locations in downtown Moscow

3 people shot in two locations in downtown Moscow Saturday afternoon
Early reports from the scenes of two shooting today are that one person was shot at Arby's Restaurant on Pullman Road and two people were shot in the rental office of an apartment building at Third and Jefferson streets this afternoon. 
Names and conditions of the victims, identity of the shooter and the sequence of events are still unknown. The Moscow Police have scheduled a press conference shortly.
One person was taken to Pullman Regional Hospital, two to Gritman Medical Center. 
A suspect vehicle was reported crashed between Pullman and Colfax.
