[Vision2020] Question, V-Peeps . . .

Gary,

Having lived in the 3rd Street neighborhood three times over a 40 year
*ouch* period.. I can attest the parking is worse than horrible!! The lots
for the existing apartments didn't allow for adequate parking, there wasn't
enough on the street, many times we had to park a few blocks over. Where
would the cars on the street go?
