[Vision2020] 11 States Least Likely to Legalize Marijuana

Which brings me to a statement that I had made a while back . . .

While bordering states with legalized marijuana (Washington - medicinal and recreational, Oregon - medicinal and recreational, Colorado - medicinal and recreational,  Montana - medicinal, and Nevada - medicinal) will experience ever-increasing tax revenue . . . Otter's Idaho will be making budget cuts to such programs as education and health care.
