Wow.  Such high horses we ride.   I've made the same kind of deals with 
students from U of I and WSU with the universities and with private 
businesses.  They weren't athletes.  So, NO, the football players 
weren't treated any differently than other students.  Why does every 
single criminal transgression have to end up in the criminal system?  
Tom, if you would have had been charged for theft as a juvenile, as you 
should have been following your logic, you would never have been able to 
join the Army.  Any juvenile record precludes one from serving, nowadays!!
