[Vision2020] Planned Parenthood has broken no laws

Thanks, Tom, for posting my column.  I have attached the full version,
which will be published in Pocatello's Idaho State Journal this Sunday.  I
have added a section on the historical precedents for Roe v. Wade.  If
upholding tradition is conservative, then Roe v. Wade is a conservative
decision and those who support it are good conservatives.

Here's a toast to a woman's right to choose,
