[Vision2020] drone sighting

The point at which you decided, based on inadequate information, that I
needed to report this and then took matters into your own hands to force me
to report is the point at which you should have fucked off instead.  Is
that not clear?

And who the hell cc's the Chief of Police in an email chain as a method of
officially reporting something?
