I guess it is a question of priorities, Gary.  I also wonder about the bottom line of this project.  I’m guessing it would be one just more opportunity for my head to explode.

It's nice to see that the U of I is so well off that it can afford to build a few monuments to the glory that is itself.

 

Now the question is how long before we must endure  the "inadequate funding for higher ed." lamentations?
