Bob Dylan is undoubtedly 'The Jester' in Don McLean's American Pie.  If you haven't seen him on tour yet, he's playing in Seattle on October 17-19 and in Portland on October 21.

Paul McCartney, one of 'the quartet [practicing] in [Candletick] park' and one of the 'Sargeants [playing] a marching tune' plays in San Diego on Sunday September 28.

Jack Flash and the Rolling Stones are touring in Australia which is a bit of a hike just to watch them on the stage with your 'hands clenched in fists of rage'.

The Byrds flew off with a fallout shelter eight miles high, broke up, and thus aren't touring.

Unless I missed anyone, everyone else passed away on what all can be considered days that the music died.
