I'll be subbing a whole lot of yoga and meditation classes over the next 2 
weeks, and would love to see you.

Everything will be taught at a basic level.
Mats and props are available. Nourish also has showers.
Wear clothes you can move in freely and bring a water bottle.
Costumes are welcome on Halloween (actually, anytime if you feel like it. 
This is Moscow, after all.)
