[Vision2020] Fw: greed

There are a few charity aggregators, or whatever you want to call them,
that can donate anonymously as well such as justgive.org or
networkforgood.org.  There are probably lots of others.  If someone really
want anonymity, they could always make a trust or something and donate
through that.
